So here’s my question when watering plants in 5 gallon bucket . When my water level gets low and I add more water do I also add nutes? Or only give it nutes once a week and just top off with ph 5.8 until next week feeding?
Need a lot more info!
DIfferent growing mediums require different pHs AFAIK.
Personally I like to alternate feedings of nutes. In flower go ahead and pump em some, just be prepared to deal with runoff pH and PPM stuffs
Measure the ppm when the bucket is full and add nutrients if the ppm is low after you add water. I use a reservoir and have an ebb and flow table, I have to add water every 3 days or so, but I don’t add nutrients every time. Only when the ppm drops more than 200 from normal @ThatHydroCouple
Thanks guys. I thought I posted in hydroponic but yes I’m growing in Hydro I use all general hydroponic nutes I also add hydrogaurd to help with bacteria etc .
But I will keep eye on ppm and go from there
Go with what @OldSkunk said: he’s a fine hydro grower.
Seconded. It’s the right advice.
