Meaning of "Flower Time" White Widow Feminized

In the product description the “bar” says flower time indoor is 60 days.
In the written description it states “Plants grow to be about 2 ½ to 4 feet tall and are ready for harvest in about 60 days (8 ½ weeks)” This makes me think seed to harvest time which would contradict the “bar”

Perhaps I am over analyzing but which interpretation is correct?

I would expect more like 60 days of flower time. So about that from time you see pistils.

60 days means the time when “flower” is started. Not accounting counting veg time. You can try to grow a plant within 4 months to complete but it is very difficult to achieve unless in laboratory settings and prestine conditions. 1 month sprout to veg. 1 month veg. 2 months flower. Good luck but don’t expect exact outcome to be a 120 day process.
