Looking for suggestions

Red hot cookies photo. 5 weeks old. Little unconfident about what’s going on here. Appreciate all the input. Hope everyone is staying safe.

Can you get a shot of the overall plant?
Looks like it may be some mottling due to genetics. I have a few plants that looks similar.

Looks like maybe too much water. Also keep an eye on your PH in and out if possible. Could also be what @Covertgrower mentioned. Looking closer your soil looks pretty wet. Let it dry really good and see if new growth is still doing it. It’s so easy to over water and not realize it.

Seen this before and had it on several plants: like covert said it’s genetics. I call them ‘Harlequin’ lol.

Looks like splash marks or where moisture settled after being sprayed. Maybe?

Yea…I just had watered

Yeah I experienced that exact same thing but it didn’t amount to anything… just watch new growth.

Didn’t spray anything.

Nothing on new growth, just bigger bottom fan leaves.

However one leaf near the top(but not new growth) has a yellow mark that almost looks like someone brushed yellow paint on it. Looks like something in the leaf, I’ve never seen a leaf yellow like that.

I’m guessing it’s just a form of variegation which is harmless. Just keep an eye on the overall health of the plant and leaves… if the leaves start twisting, curling or deforming then it could be something else (like TMV… but I doubt it because the leaves otherwise look fairly healthy)

Thanks . Btw…on a side note, since I’m a single man. Should I expect a valentine gift from ya with some of those awesome looking heart cookies.? Lmao. Jk. Haven’t been on here much lately …been dealing with a business adventure. But I always drop in to see what’s going on in @Caligurl kitchen. :+1:.

I hope your right about my pics, I’ll watch her like a baby. Lol. Appreciate your thoughts and keep up the good work with your recipes. Stay safe my friend.

Caligurl is correct. I’ve grown many like this. Expect some browning/curling later into flower when the leaves look like that.
She does make bomb looking cookies. Just saying.

It’s not much…but all I know about edibles/concentrate is due to @Caligurl. I wish I had the skills she does. :+1:.

They’re looking fine. Like @Caligurl said that light green is just variegation. Had one leaf on my current one do that. I’ve seen pics of leaves that split color right down the middle.

Yup! One plant in my last grow had about 20 leaves that were yellow on one half and green on the other… pretty cool

I try. Lol. But I also used to follow my grandmas chicken and dumplings recipe. As well as the apple pie and fried chicken. But no matter what…it never came out like grandmas. Lol. She would ask me if I remembered to add the “love”. I’d tell her…I guess the love I bought was spoiled. Cuz this stuff don’t taste nothing like grannies. Lmao. Cooking and baking is an art. True, granny had been doing it for 60+ years so I didn’t beat myself up to bad. Keep coming with the recipes, I love trying them. Good thing is…hungry stoners aren’t too picky. Well eat about anything…especially if it gets us high. Lol. Thanks to you all with advice and feedback on my pics. I researched the TMV little more…and I found some pics that look very similar to my issue. However I also found there is a huge debate on if TMV even exist in cannabis. I’m not experienced enough in that topic to even have an opinion about it. But I found some pics that sure do look damn close to mine. But I’ll just keep a good eye on her and she how she does.

That’s crazy. I just seen a few pics of what you and @Caligurl we’re refer to. I thought it was a photoshop. Lol. Yellow on one side, green on the other. Looked like a lemon and lime skittles. Lol.
