Sorry for the delayed response. I was in new member jail lol. Thank you! Yes the refillable cannister and auto controls were two of the things that drew me to ACI. I definitely would love to go with the 5x5 but once I finish remodel and account for door and ac unit Im afraid I might not be able to make it fit with the drying tent. I will be doing a second room that will allow for expansion in the future though.

Thank you. I was leaning towards automated because my grow will not be in my home and where its at Im concerned wifi accessibility might be an issue but you bring up some very valid points to consider

What are your goals?
-How much do you want to harvest every 90-100 days?
-Different strains or runs of all the same at the same time?
-18/6 seed-to-harvest, or?
-Perpetual grow or single runs to completion and start from scratch every time?
The more details you can provide the more accurate and specific answers you can get…there is a lot in here that may help too:

Hey Mozzy! Thank you. Im still in the planning/research phase so I will try to answer as thoroughly as possible. Yes I have been doing some reading in the mosh pit and will continue to research in it. My goal is to be able to perpetual grow with a goal yield of at least an oz a 90 to 100 day grow cycle. I have 3 strains I would like to try out. Was going to grow one plant of each for my first grow and then adjust each additional grow to allow me to maintain a supply of strains I like or experiment with new strains. Im currently remodeling my grow space and will have a roughly 8x8 space available in the next couple of weeks and a second slightly larger space available in the future.

You’re very welcome. Okay. Think about some more specifics then…it should be relatively easy for you to simply grow 1/4lb+ per auto in 5 gallons of decent soil, ~3-4 times a year, multiplied by however many seeds each cycle…you may be contemplating a significantly bigger and more complicated situation than you really need.
3 buckets in a 2x4 with a 300w bar light @75% max and 18/6 is ~12+ OZs every ~100 days in a decent environment, if needed fwiw:
