After one day you should be fine. Just continue your normal light schedule. As pillsbury stated, I’d pick up a timer. Couldn’t imagine physically turning lights on and off.

I have turned them on and off since they started blooming. My timers were bunk

I have 2 to of the line timers but for some reason they dont work. I paid $39.99 for the one and it comes on and at will

So I just turn my lights off every night at 7pm and it works just fine

I will post pics tonight

Hard to say if you will have problem or not. You certainly could, but also could end up that the once instance not enough to cause problems. Keep an eye out for nanners and see how things go.

What timer did you have trouble with? I have seen some digital timers be funky right from box. I have also seen them complicated to program and not be set right. 1000 watt big light too, high current could be hard on them. If
