I accidentally left the light on 24/7 for about a week in flower

Hi, so this grow has been absolutely perfect… Until it must’ve been close to a week ago.

Plants are 3 weeks into flower tomorrow… But probably around a week ago the switch on my lights timer got flipped to stay on 24/7 and I just noticed it tonight…

I’m really concerned they may hermie or revert back to veg or both…

And could this make them take longer to flower as well?

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Ouch and I am sorry this happened to you. When I filpped a tent to 12/12, simultaneously my garden had a PH issue. LST, after 2 weeks of no growth when flipped, I went back to 18/6. 25% hermis resulted.
Watch closely.

It happens. I had a little clone under a desk light. Six months old and six inches tall. I had to go to the great State of WY for work and my Tarzan turned off the lamp. Came back to my clone starting to flower. I let her re-veg, planted her outside (she looked ugly for a long while). She turned out just fine.

Just use this as a learning experience. See what happens, you may get some of those flat single re-veg leaves but still have a great harvest!

Assuming these are photo periods and not autos? If auto flowering plants then it’s no problem, photos will revert and start reveg’n. Put up some pics of the plants :love_you_gesture:

Yes, started from feminized seeds. Sorry I forgot to mention that!

It may take a few more days to see signs of reveg or you could get very lucky. I did see water droplets all over the leaves, this can cause lensing/burnt spots from the light. Any folliar misting should be done with the lights off :love_you_gesture:

Yeah, I did spray with the lights off. I just flipped the light back on to take the pics real quick!

Feminized seeds does not tell weather or not it’s a auto or a photo! It means it has a greater chance of being female.

Very nice plants , at this point everything looks normal. :ok_hand:

Thank you! I could have trained them a lot better so I know I’m only going to end up with about 10-12oz between the 4 plants. But the quality is so far ahead of my last grow at the same point. Far far more sticky and all green still. Last grow plants were already looking pretty ragged at this point in flower.

That’s a nice haul regardless and absolutely right on home grown quality. It gets better with each grow :love_you_gesture:

Well for having lights on for a week 24/7, don’t see anything bad. Looks like they exploded. Lots of frosties and I do not see any indication from pics that you are going to have any issues.

What ended up happening bro? Question I’m on my first week of flowering and I just came back home realizing my lights didn’t shut off so my plants been under light for almost 24 hours should I put them in dark or wait until tonight when u usually put them in the dark?
