My plants are growing in 5 gallon buckets they are now six months old and just don’t look too good. I’ve attached pictures. Just wondering if maybe I need to adjust the amount of time they are receiving light. Thanks in advance
What are your plans for these plants? What is the lighting schedule?
At six months old they should have been flowered and harvested by now unless you have plans to keep them as “mother plants” for cutting clones.
Those planties looks like they are having serious roots problems… Those buckets should have a lot of holes on their sides to help aerate the soil and help with air pruning the roots. As it is, I suspect the roots may be damaged. Let’s see what @Budbrother says…
But regardless, you should drill dozens of holes in those buckets, imo. ![]()
I agree with @kaptain3d they should be more holes they are root bound for sure they need alot of attention. I would repot them with new soil and root pruning
Also check pH. You’ve got zinc issues and phosphorus showing. The zinc can be from high pH or from excess watering/wet conditions.
Welcome to the community., definitely need to be on a 12/12 light schedule. also in the future. You might consider fabric bags .Good choice for growing never did like growing in buckets. Happy growing
