Their looking healthy but appear like the lighting is inadequate or the height and intensity are really low from the looks of the node spacing

Agree healthy. Also agree that more lighting is needed for better results.
Is that 2 plants in 1 pot?

Lighting was my first thought as they look a little thin.

It’s an indoor raised bed, water reservoir at bottom with overflow. Same space as four five gallon buckets. New lights arrive tomorrow.
