ok i got a phlizon 600w light and i have a 26x26 x48 grow area will the light ok for that area. how far should i keep the light from the plant they just came up about a week ago. should i use the veg and bloom lights to start. and i have them on a 16 on 8 off right now. and thanks for the help ,
You should be good around the 2ft mark with seedlings. Adjust as needed as they mature, or to keep from stretching. @perry2

The veg light will be fine but if you need to raise the temperature couple degrees use both. I have personally used it both ways don’t see a lot of different. Good luck
i put a small heater in there pointing away from the plants the temp only gets to about 65 with out it and its at 75 with it.
i also have a jar of water in front of the heater to try to increase the humidity
I have used a flat plate full of water with a sponge in it sitting outside the Pass through intake hole if you are using exhaust fan. The best way to control temperature inside tent is to control the temperature from where you are pulling your fresh air. Good luck

on high power it will do good for veg,
if u want to flower u will need more/better light,
26"x26"= 4.7 sq ft x 50-60 wpsf = 235-285 watts of cheap Blurple LED needed in flower.
your Blurple is 108w,
u need 2 or 3 of those to fill your area wall to wall with flowering light,
even with 3 fixtures, they r still cheap bulrples, it’d be good, but not great lighting.!!
CMH, HID, and high end Blurple would be better,
Migro, HLG QB, and Optic 1 r the best lights right now.!
So I am going to need more intense light for a shorter period of time during the flowering stage
