Light bleached seedlings - do I start over?

At 2 weeks I realized the new light was too close/bright and moved it and dimmed it. leaves on the babies are bleached… none have died, but none have grown any since I realized and adjusted things… Is it a lost cause? Or do I wait… they havent moved really cept for the original leaves to burn up.

wouldnt let me add pics… trying on here

Can you fill this out so more can help

They’ll bounce back once they get adjusted to the new lower light intensity.

I wouldnt throw them away they will recover just feed them and look after them . You can lift ur light about half way up ur tent and still have ur light on 40% thats what i do with germination and seedling stage i havent had a problem doing so

Here’s things to ponder…
Do you want to wait for them to recover ? this will take time.
OR
Would it be more beneficial for you to pop a new seed now that you know?
They can recover so it would boil down to what you’re trying to do
If that’s an auto toss it and start new… just my opinion

Ok I will wait… its a new light approx the same looking as the other one I have, but apparently way stronger… I moved it up and dimmed it with the dimmer knob…

They should recover quickly do u have any seaweed liquid if u do add tem mls to five ltrs of water and give them that it helps to promote good root growth and development in plants
