I let some of my plants grow past bud stage by 2 months. They are autoflowers. The individual bud pods are really big compared to when i harvested top half of plant. It smells good. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and what was end results?

I’ve done this myself and it’s very good evening smoke. And THC Turns to CBN if you grow past harvest(all amber) and some say helps with pain and I know personally it makes you sleep like a baby. 
They can also self pollinate as a last ditch effort to reproduce (Rodelization) 
I need to do that with a plant I struggle with a good nights sleep. @DynamicDuo let me know your results please. That’s a nice big nug
Yes I have done that with mixed results: A few times it worked out fine lots of amber and sleepy effects…a few times ( Like this year with my Trizzler Auto)…The trichs weren’t turning amber so I waited and waited and…as it got into the later of the time frame (past 90 days) I noticed a reduction in Trichs and stickiness and smell !! I cut my loses and pulled her…a few times in the past I let it go but the whiteflys attacked it… All in all I think if you keep a close eye on it it will be okay…
