How will i know if my outdoor grow are autoflowers?

Hi fellow canna-fam… @Heep @CannaHeks
Hope your doing fine… 34 degrees here in sunny :south_africa:

As i understand of the autoflower, it flowers on her own time… Does that mean that my plants in my greenhouse are majority autoflowers…
Noticed that the seeds i planted in pots are still young, small but already have flowers due to our season change… is it then a autoflower?

( Sorry canna-fam… you are still going to get alot of Mr Bean questions… )

Auto flowering cannabis will typically start flowering around 6 weeks above ground….under any lighting schedule. Photo period plants will flower under 13ish hours of light after they’ve reached sexual maturity :love_you_gesture:

I bet it’s just going fall there and responding to the lower sun light hours and angle. An auto would keep vegging until it was ready.

What up bean
If there photo’s and this your fall or winter light cycle done there then they will flower once there moved out side
With my clones I grow them big inside on 18/6 light cycle and as I harvest the mature plants In fall
I start transplanting the clones into the harvested pots to get a smaller second harvest before before a freeze comes in

And like they were telling you with the auto’s I ran in my neglected closet
I never changed the light cycle from 18/6 and they flipped on there own 4-6weeks in
So if they flip during the time of the year with the most sunlight hrs
I would say yes you have auto’s

With my limited experience with autos here the little I’ve learned
You shouldn’t leave auto’s in solo cups/small starter pots
as long as I do with photo seedlings
(I like the roots to fill the whole cup before transplanting)
once that tap root hit the bottom it stared to flower a little dorwf plant
At least that’s what I think happened in my first run
With the second run
the ones I planted straight into final pots have already out grown the biggest plants from my first run
Now there are many people on here with way more experience than me with auto’s

I didn’t mess with auto’s until recently
I was excited about them in the early 2000’s
when reading about them

But the first person I saw going them indoors on old school hps lights had 16 plants and only pulled a oz of each
Knowing I could pull that off 1-3 small plants

So I was like hell to the naw every time somebody tried to get me to grow auto’s

20 plus years later I see a lot of people have seemed to figured them out
Still haven’t told any of my local growers I’m growing auto’s
But I think I’m about ready for all the I told you so’s now
:joy::rofl::joy::rofl:

Hope this helps you

Look up small personal washing machines there cheaper just buy hash bags separately

Now my question for your drying room your not trying to fast dry with that hibachi grill are you

If you are stop slow drying 4-7 days is to keep the taste then start your cure

And sometimes when plant go longer they self pollinate there self
But again sometimes they just carry that trait

Oh one more thing fish bone meal is good for top dressing plants in flower or pre mixing in your soil
Try it on the younger flowering plants

I like those big sativas you got growing
