LED intensity settings

I have a Phlizon cree cob 3000 LED light on Auto flowers. When should I increase the intensity by flipping the second switch¿

I don’t run that brand of light but if you’re in veg. Stage or flowering I run 100%
On germination and seedling just 50%

I’d run both switches chest after about the 2nd week. U wanna be full power when flower hits that’s really not all that powerful of a light so I’d have both on now

When should I increase the intensity

I’d increase the intensity gradually starting on week 2 of veg.
What you need to watch for is how high above the canopy your lights hang. If you have a light intensity map of your fixture you can estimate what the best height should be.
