Hello all. I have some seedlings started with a 200-watt LED. How far above my seedlings should my light be?

What did your owners manual suggest?

I have VS2000 from Vivosun. The owner’s manual suggested 24-30in

Yep,
Try that and see how it does. If you see stretching then lower 6 inches and watch.
If its too high it will stretch in a single day.
