Leaf deformity diagnosis

Anyone know what could be causing this deformities on the leaves?
Apple FritterGrowing in coco/peat mix. Started just yesterday after hardening them outside for a few hours.
Only 1 having this problem.

What are you feeding? Looks like a nitrogen excess claw

*Edit
Upon closer inspection it looks like this one may have picked up mites with the bumpy condition of the leaf

I would say look under the leaves as well for any abnormalities and critters. Happy growing :call_me_hand:t2:

What do the mites look like?

Look for little white patches and little smaller than flea size bugs moving around.

With all 5 plants being in tight quarters the mites would spread to all right? I only see it on the 2 fritters that are not side by side, the orange kush look fine.

I did leave them outside longer than planned, could it just be heat stress?

They will get to all of them if it’s mites, it could take a little while. Only other thing I can think of is like Bobby said, nitrogen claw, swelling on leaves could be overwatering too.

I gave them all a couple doses of safers veg spray. So far so good

You were right, they have adapted nicely to the move out to the garden.

Fritters still have the same “crinkle” on the leaves but seem healthy otherwise.

I think they are ready to top again.

So couple weeks later and still same issue with leaves on 2. Couple of safers spray to be sure it wasn’t mites.
Still looking like nitrogen excess or any other ideas?
Possible fixes?

That’s bugs. Look into captain Jacks bug spray. These aren’t mites anymore. These are larger insects.

Not available in Canada, any suggestions for an equivalent?

Had a good look at them today while starting their training and I didnt see anythjng crawling around or any eggs. After 3 weeks it should be easy to find. Anything particular I should be looking for?

These are large bugs. Possibly leaf hoppers, caterpillars, etc. Diatomaceous earth will help with the climbers but for the flyers I’m not sure if you can’t get captain Jacks. Maybe @kaptain3d has a solution

Diatomaceous earth was going to be my suggestion…

Captain Jack’s is just Spinosad. If you believe Google, spinosads are available in Canada.
