Leaf Chewers still want to take a bite!

I have a really nice looking, outdoor mix going on, spraying my plants with Flower Shield, and also Sevin granulated insecticide, sprinkle around my plants, still have some type of leaf Chewers eating my fan leaves, I’m not sure how to stop them, I think it’s grasshopper gnawing

Grasshoppers you’ll have to hunt down and kill. Spinosad works for some things. Neem oil for others.

@Nip I use Captain Jacks dead bug brew and it seems as though things are getting under control. But don’t have grasshoppers yet

First time I heard of the dead bug brew, I bought flower Shield I spray on the leaves and under them, I put Sevin granules in the holes before I planted them, we always in a battle with insects, no complaints weed is looking good, I bought the outdoor mix, of cush amnesia haze, and Super Skunk I’m really liking the smell! Always been a winner

I have a thread in the outdoor section plant care it’s named what’s wrong here
There are some replies and links to the captain jacks dead bug brew

You have a nice grow going, should be some good weed, I have learned one thing about growing weed, don’t overdo it, always want to hey mabey I put more food to it. mabey I add more water, I’m managed to grow some good plants, but learning different things to make them thrive helps

I use this once a week. Top dress soil as big as the canopy

Soil is very important
FFOF soil
Uncle Jim’s worm castings
And of course water

I used Batco potting soil, and the trio of Fox Farm liquid fertilizer, and a teaspoon of calcium, so far they look good, but you know how it goes, Things seem to change later down the road, as temperatures humidity increases, I have had rabbits and deer eat mine before, makes you sick, had a cut worm get mine before, I’m going to look into you’re fertilizer though, appreciate it
