I have sprayed weekly with neet oil.
@dcmarik is she outside in full sun? If spraying with Neam oil in full sun, it could possibly be your problem. The one problem with neam, you cant spray when in flower if I recall. When it comes to pests, I use Growers Ally Crop Defender 3. It’s a miticide, insecticide and fungicide all in one. Completely organic and can be all the way to day of harvest. I’ve had about the same problem if i remember correctly on one plant years ago. Sprayed it, let it sit in full sun. It’s spray burn most likely. I would look into Crop Defender 3.
I agree with the chemical damage… I also see holes in the leaves as well which would indicate bugs of some sort. Look at the underneath of the leaves with a good scope. Neem doesn’t always kill everything… especially bugs that come and go (like leaf hoppers, flea beetles, grasshoppers, etc).
I use Captn Jacks Dead Bug alternately with Dr. Zymes weekly for IPM.
