Appreciate you thanks
Nice looking ladies!!!
We are in the western suburbs of Minneapolis and recently started our first outdoor grow. This attempt is new because it’s outdoor, but also, we’re trying living soil for a change. To be precise, it’s BAS 3.0, which is new for us.
Below are pics of where we stand currently @ ~eight weeks.
These plants are ILGM Grand Daddy Purple Kush. We have two others — ILGM White Widow — which are a few weeks behind these.
The rain has been a beast, but we’re still hanging in there.
Nice, yours look really great! I want to try growing that GDP, its on my ILGM wishlist for the future.
This is my first grow. I’ve always wanted to try it but I don’t have an indoor tent, so since it’s legal now (hooray) I figured why not, I’ll try it outdoors first and see how it goes.
I have one Blue Dream and one Gold Leaf, both by ILGM. Planted the seeds on 4/20, so about 9 weeks old. They spent their first 7 weeks in starter pots under a fluorescent light. Then I get them outside and it’s cloudy and rains most of the time
:
MN weather is so unpredictable, but hopefully we get some good stretches of sunny weather here coming up…and it lasts into October.
Get some straw or seaweed mulch and topdress a couple inches to stop the pots from drying out so quickly amd retaining moisture
@IslandGrown76 — Thank you for the guidance. Would one be better given the high humidity and temps (80—90F) in the coming weeks?
If you are in a grow tent you should absolutely have an exhaust system set up all the time and an intake system. Air exchange and removing heat is absolutely
needed. A grow tent cannot function without one. Post a picture of your grow set up please.
