@Jake3 how did you re-hydrate your coco bricks? Using jacks 331 recipe or regular 321? And did you try to remove any dust from the bricks or canna coco bricks aren’t that bad?

If it’s canna coco, all you need to do is hydrate the bricks with the Jacks 321 full strength recipe ph’ed between 5.8-6.2

I haven’t rehydrated it at all yet. My seeds are still soaking till around 4 then going into paper towels till they have tails. @AfgVet just explained exactly what I plan on doing though so thanks girl!

@Jake3 thats too funny mine are still soaking also but I’m taking them out right now and putting in the paper towels. How long does it take to re-hydrate @AfgVet should I do it today even though there just going into paper towels or wait till tomorrow atleast

Either today or tomorrow. Shouldn’t make much of a difference. You don’t want the coco soaking wet when you put the seeds in it. You don’t want it bone dry either

It’s been a long long week of nothing happening in the tent. Woke up this morning, low and behold there’s 2 little green sprouts just barely visible in the coco. Now we just need 6 more. Haha

Woo-hoo. Congrats on the sprouts :clap::clap::grin:

Well, I think this round of seeds has been a dud so far. I’ve got 1 healthy seedling, 1 that I’m not sure about (grew the taproot up and seed shell was still closed on the leaves in the coco) had to be dug up and flipped over. Then there’s the 6 other cups with seemingly no movement. Dug up the seeds and all are cracked but not one has a root. I’m gonna give them a few more days then I guess I’ll toss them and hope the 2 seedlings make it and are female.
