I’m at a crossroads now in my experiment using Jacks. vs Gaia.
The 2 plants using Jacks had bigger denser buds so far but is noticeably turning much lighter green at this point. The Gaia plant has a nicer green look but not as buddy!
All other factors were exactly the same as far as adding extra kelp or fish meal, the fertilizer was the only difference. Growing in Happy Frog soil. 2-3 Tbsp Gaia all/p in veg, 2-3 Tbsp Bloom in flower once/week. Jacks used their recipe once/week. It has been a rough start. Placed outside too soon so they started to flower then reveg now flowing again, lost a lot of lower leaves due to either bug problems or ph lockout so I’m currently flushing all containers and thinking if I should chang anything up or let them run their own course?
Were these clones or different plants? If different plants that will skew your results.
Yes they were clones for that particular reason.
So far with the all knowing Google it says to carry on, just do a half dose of Jacks the first time I feed. And stop feeding Gaia dry amendments and use liquid kelp and fish meal because I’ve been over feeding? I’ll try anything unless anyone has any objections.
