It my seedling stunted?

I need some expert opinions here. I bought a small pot for pot kit, the seed broke soil very quickly about 24 hour after being planted. It’s been above ground for 7 days and hasn’t really grow very much at all. I’ll admit I probably overwatered it the first few days by spraying it to often. The leaves look ok just, it’s just discouraging to see the same size seedling every time I open my tent.
Water PH’d to 6.5, RH 75%, temps 74-80, Mars Hydro TS 600 100watt hung at 24”

I agree. Seedlings only need a couple ml of water per day. More than that can cause the seedling’s roots to struggle.

Welcome to the forum. She is growing roots. I would not water a bit and let her do that. When she feels she has enough vegging will start and you will be shocked at growth. Keep that ph steady. Now is a relax and let her go time. Worry and hover wont help. Enjoy the start.

She’s coming along nicely 14 days from breaking soil . I cut back on the watering and let her do her thing. Been keeping the top soil moist (not wet). May go another week or 2 before I add any nutrients as the superb soil seems to be enough right now. Thanks again everyone.

When you do start to water her like normal, be sure to use a drought/flood process. Do not think you need to water her all the time or even keep her moist. That is not love, it is smothering.

Wrong you feed daily in coco u never let it dry out buddy
