Is this ready to harvest? Advice appreciated

Showed these photos to a friend and he sees cloudy trichomes, time to harvest. I’m thinking, not so fast, I see mostly clear?

Auto Blue Dream, day 43 flower, day 77 from seed. I’ve received good advice here before, appreciate some advice.

Nope those are clear tricombs you want all milky with some amber or more depending on what buzz ya want

Be sure to take samples from flower and not sugar leaves (which mature faster).

How about an overall picture of the plant and one representative cola? In white light…

Make sure lighting intensity does not cause "immature “cloudiness”.

I have one of those handheld usb digital microscopes. Love it.

The photo with some amber buds was from a cola at the top. The others with clear/ cloudy were from lower colas.
Me thinks not just yet, but close.

YUP.
I would take a stalk and start a progressive harvest.
One stalk a week or wait longer.
Need more darker or amber.
