Both these plants still putting out a few white pistils…the trichs are 75 % cloudy with no amber yet…should i harvest or wait a couple days and should i leave them in dark 48 hrs and let them get thirsty before chopping?..thanks 4 any thoughts…

You still have a few weeks to go yet. How many weeks has the plant been flowering?
This is counterproductive. If you take away a plant’s light, then you take away its energy source for producing and maintaining trichomes.

End of week 11 from since ladies popped up…both purple mimosas auto…though they look different…the hairy one showing the 75% cloudy didn’t check other one …what is fox tailing?

Ok i read somewhere they do it to increase stickiness but no data to prove it

Time from seed isn’t really relevant. Flowers will be ready for harvest after 8 to 10 weeks of actual flowering time.

I would start looking at trichomes and harvest to your taste in cloudy/amber ratio.

I estimate 10-12 weeks from flower to harvest and some can goes as long as 14 weeks. Plants from the same strain and seed batch rarely resemble or grow like one another

Ya light may have been a little close…ppfd was at 925 average across the canopy…

Same here bud… i just harvested a plant yesterday that had about 1 or 2 amber tricohomes over an area that was magnified 60x through my jewlers loupe. Thats a pretty small area. Just look up and down the bud in different spots and if they all look like this, then harvest. I got a nice speedy, trippy kinda high off it. It gave me the energy to go out and do some painting I’ve been putting off and i played my guitar for the 1st time in over a month. I like it better than the dispensary weed I’ve been buying.

Ya my plant has 10% amber70% cloudy 20% clear she coming down soon…im on vac monday to babysit the dry…i harvested a F1 ORION hybrid 3 weeks ago and man she like smoking crack very uppity high very intense if smoke too much…i got addicted to Call of Duty 2 years ago and played my guitar very little…F1 orion made me pick her back up recently…rock on!
