Definitely looks like it’s in pre flower stages. How many hours of light is she receiving? Needs to be a minimum of 16 hours per day.
Looking at the top right of the top pic it seems you got atleast 2 in that stage.

Yes that plant is in flower…past pre flower.
“havent seen growth” doesn’t make sense tho…when they start to flower they usually grow rapidly and “stretch” creating more flower sites.
Have you switched the light cycle to 12/12?
Switch her fast to veg by leaving her 24 hr of light for 2 weeks she will switch back also cut the colas and branches will growth out of them.
She’s a 5 weeks
She is on 20/4 light schedule. She supposed to be vegging for a few more months.
I’m growing autoflowers with photos. The autoflowers are about 6 weeks in already pre-flowering then I noticed this baby (special Kush number one from Royal seed company) started to flower too.

She stretched about an inch and then flowered after her second topping.
Then she’s an auto too. Photos will not flower under a 20/4 light schedule.

Damn if it is I just wasted a month on this plant cuz I just clipped buds to re veg.
