Coco and soil aren’t a good combination. Coco and soil grows are managed very differently from a pH and watering practices perspective.
Vermiculite is not a good additive to cannabis soils given that it retains water and cannabis prefers wet/dry cycles.
Straight Happy Frog is good for new growers.

I mix OF and HF 50/50 and my plants love it. 
Great advice all around in the comments. I appreciate everyones advice. The seeds have a little tail. Going to use happy frog in the middle. Ffof below. Have some room to throw them in. Few males this grow.
I only get about an ounce or two with autos. But if i think i have the space I for sure put them in there.
