From a fellow grower: Is this light good for the seedling stage-3 plants?
It will do, could keep in veg with these lights if needed
Honestly you dont need to have a different light for ur seedlings just ur grow light u normally use to grow ur plants set it at 30-50% and raise ur
Light up instead of it being right down on them .i always have my light on 50% and i raise my light up and thats it my light puts out plenty of light to keep my seedlings from over stretching i cant tell u what hieght my light was at cause i just eyeball it i dont measure hieghts

Thanks for the info, I did end up switching to my grow tent yesterday after finally getting the environment right. I used a bucket of water with an aquarium heater. 75 degrees and 70% humidity now!
Thats one way to do it i never thought about using a bucket of water with a aquarium heater for humidity
