This plant has been in veg and no longer a seedling for a while already. If you’re looking to change something with lights or nutrients it may not be necessary though. So it may be proper to ask why you’re wanting to know?
It’s somewhat semantical if you’re not attempting to change anything. Cannabis from seed is mature and will flower at about 4ish weeks from sprouting. From the time the plants start putting out true leaves until it naturally or by light manipulation starts flowering it will be generating vegetative growth. This is the period that should be referred to as “veg”. But in a typical indoor soil grow where you don’t really have to change anything with nutrients, light schedule, or environment it doesn’t really matter.

Thank you! I’m just looking for changing my log in my app for the stage. I have the nutes and lighting schedule that I used for my last grow with success so I’m going to do that again. Enjoying the journey
