Here’s my wdc at approx 4 weeks. I haven’t started my ilgm nutes yet. Soil is happy frog. Light is a 150w fs running 50% and 24". Watering has been light with tap water at around 6ph. I’m I ready for runoff watering and nutes? I did increase the water a bit today. And, when you start "feeding” to you ever use straight water in between or keep feeding through until time to flush? I’m brand new to this and criticism is appreciated.

What is your runoff PPM?

I haven’t been watering that heavy yet. Should I be?
Begin feeding when PPM gets below 1,000 and then maintain that 1,000 PPM throughout the grow. Your plant is mature enough to begin watering to runoff.

Yes. EC and PPM are simply 2 different ways to measure the same thing.
1,000 PPM = an EC of 2.0.

So I only measure runoff?

Some growers measure both that going in as well as runoff. I’ve never found measuring the input PPM useful, though I’ve grown so much that I have a pretty good idea of how to calibrate my feeds to achieve the proper runoff PPM without measuring the PPM going in.
Measuring input pH (as well as runoff) is very useful.
Start a grow journal. Post pics, updates, and questions and the growers here will help you along the way in your grow.
