Is this Powdery Mildew or is that spider🕷 being a jerk
It was only on 2 leaves and i removed them and cleansed them with fire 
.
We just had excessive rainfall for a week.
Should I be concerned

Yep. You can mix water and peroxide at 50/50 and spray the plant. Will get rid of wpm.
Edit/add. Yep its wpm. Not a big concern if only 2 leaves
