5l of NPK boost tea brewed 48 hours went into the big pot this morning.
I hit both ladies with a trim to get all bud sites exposed this afternoon. Quite a few branches came off from Gerty. I realize now that I topped one time too many for the space I wanted to take up over the big pot. I see now with the training approach I took I can definitely just do one plant next time and grow her SUPER big!!

Zkittlez are ready. Just want to let the soil fully dry. Aphids in the lower buds of the taller plants mandates my first experiment with bud washing.

The harvest begins.
Wet trim to search out pests… honestly it’s not even close to the infestation I expected. They definitely stunted the plants based on the damage @Skydiver aptly identified, but I don’t see bugs in the buds so far.
Soooo much hidden sugar too… I’m really happy so far.

In the end i washed zero buds… seems it was just a gradual damage over time.
Microscope showed two smaller buds had some friends hangin out but they’re trimmed out and all is good.
Unfortunately I need to hang them in the tent to manage smell. But They have airflow and after an hour closed I’m still under 75 so I hope they don’t dry to fast. RH is in a great place I think to.

Smoked some tester buds plucked last week from the tall girls undercarriage… all I can say is that I slept like a baby. Not very heady, but really relaxing.
I think is so relaxing I’ll be grinding in a bit if the amnesia haze.

So the soil was super dry last night and I think I’m gonna go from once a week to maybe a liter every other day. I want to keep the soil moist and now that it’s getting cold out the humidity down there hasn’t gone over 50% in the last week or so. Keeping the tent around 75-77f tho, so it’s OK down there.
Little droopy last night but I gave em 3l of water
@Budbrother I put a tablespoon of my bokashi juice in there.
Praying this morning.
Gave another 2l of water.

I should add the gerty (in front) is stretching a lot less than Trudy (in back) and I think it’s because I topped gerty one more time, so she should have a few extra branches…

Looking good there. You have plenty of room in that picture. Why not supercrop Trudy to even her up with Gerty an make the canopy even again?

Don’t trim her, but rather, supercrop. This will delay upward growth for a few days to a week and allow the other plant to catch up

You’ll end up with a more even canopy and stronger branches that can take up more nutes and support the weight of the buds better.

After a brief visit to the google-verse I return concerned with high stress in the third week of flower and big risk of aphids running amok.

Put the Zkittlez in jars last night. Also tested some… that’s why this post arrives this morning and not last night. This is fantastic weed. Super relaxing, and so much more of a punch compared to the test buds I took off at harvest. This will be awesome with a good cure!
No idea on the weight… somewhere between 3-5 I guess… but it’s a good 3-4 month stash as long as the sativa keeps flowing too…

Also added a liter of water, which I will do daily until the ladies ask otherwise.
