Introducing the newest addition to the family
With coco, I’m pretty sure you want a ph of 5.5-6.5 while you’re there. I know coco is soiless, and is treated more like hydro
@Tammie have u grown incredible bulk before?
You are correct when I was researching souls I had called the customer service number and they suggested if I use it without the kind soil to alternate between 5.8 and 6.5 and to feed nutrients after 1 week. I’m going to see how this works out.
No this is the first time for growing this strain. I have a blueberry auto and 2 critical autos in bloom right now
@Tammie Any hydro soilless coco All that the ph is 5.5-6.5 with the sweet spot between 5.7 and 6.3 keeping it at 6.5 will lock you out on manganese (Mn)
And less then 5.7 locks you out of the cal mag so stick to range and try for sweet spot those 3 seem to be the pain of hydro grows in my experience have grown dwc for awhile now like 2 yr this grow I stoped being cheap and swaped out to a rdwc so much easier in all ways mainly water changes I use to have to pull plants out to change now I just open a valve lol. So keep me in loop so I can see how it’s going and in seedling keep that led at 30 in min away or you will have light issues again
Thanks for the info
@Tammie its a fun strain to grow nice solid buds that dont need much trimming im going to pull mine today will post a pic when i do if u want. Id add abit of pro silicate to ur feeding program as the stems dont realy handle the weight too well they fall over without support
Nice @Saffa👍
At 5 days old it may be a Lil soon to start nutes. She’s got all she needs in her colyotens. Or baby leaves.
What strength was the solution?
And even in Coco it is too soon, for nutes.
Oh and a head up the ph range for Coco is 5.5- 6.2 . 5.8 being ideal
@Tammie
@Nug-bug the solution strength was 1 tsp to 1 gal of water done according to ff feeding schedule ( soil feeding ) I’m feeding with syringe
She gets 2 tsp of plain water every day and 1 time a week she gets 1 tsp of feeding. I do understand what you are saying , but I’m experimenting to see if what ff customer service told me will work or not if it doesn’t no big loss the seed was free. I do really appreciate the advice given.
@Tammie that is to much water you are going to have over water issues at her age a 8oz cup of water will last her almost 5 days. The roots are two deep at this point to do seedling feeds wet her down then let her dry
@BigDaddyCain she is in a 5 gal fabric pot and I check daily before giving her water. Thanks for the heads up. Much appreciated
Just an update
30 days and she seems to be doing good has nice green color and started showing her sex 2 days ago she’s diffenitley a girl!!!
