Bananna Kush auto week 9 and she’s taken over the tent, i’ve moved the lights up almost to the top of the tent, what are my options?

Can take those top branches and gently tie them over. What’s your light intensity and schedule?

Both Vivosun 1000’s are running at 100% and light schedule is 18/6

Looks like you’re stretch has just ended. It’s definitely time to lollipop and deflorate. I wouldn’t wait any longer. Looks like she’s lagging behind on flowering. But that’s a good thing cuz she got all that extra veg time

Should i lollypop and defoliate at one time or over several days to reduce stress.

I normally take off about 30%, in a week I normally do another 20-30% to allow recovery. But she looks pretty healthy so you will probably get away with doing a good bit, around 50% and then allow that week. Doing a good one first time around should open up a lot of sights and get a good bit of airflow generated. Start towards the middle and work your way out. After your first good one you most likely won’t have to do it again until mid flower.

First off I’m going to say it again, you’re incredibly lucky you got her to extend her veg. That happens 1 out of 50 autoflowers. 
She’s pretty damn thick. If it were me I would do a good lollipop first. Remove everything from the bottom third (leaves and Bud sites) do not remove stems or branches. I agree she’s very healthy looking and could probably get about 25% more of the deportation done at the same time that you do the lollipop. Give her a couple of weeks to recover and then come back and deportate the rest as needed.
Definitely needs to get some air circulating through her. Fantastic job buddy 
Once you open her up I would get some string and tie some of her branches (pulling them) off to the poles in your tent to open her up more. I’m telling you brother you’re going to have one serious yield out of this girl

I’ve always used TPS nutes and thought about switching to 321 but after this one i dont think i will, or it could be that i started using Fish$hit with this one.

Fish shit is a miracle for seedlings of all sorts. It definitely gives them a wonderful beginning they’re so desperately striving to achieve.
Keep doing what you’re doing it’s working.
