I recently started using it, because my white widow was showing signs of a calcium deficiency. I plan to use it every time as a preventive measure, I’m not sure about your situation though. I was just tryin to help, until late hog could get you squared away brother

Welcome to ILGM. Don’t forget the pH Up and pH Down chemicals to get the pH of your water in correct range. I believe pH is the most important thing to have correct if you want to have a good grow. Jerry

I bought ph up and down already. It came in the mail today but still waiting on my tent and seeds

Ueah it always seems like an eternity haha
Once your tent gets there do a couple of dry runs to see where your set up is runnin like am work out and kinks before you put the seeds in there

Do u suggest I use CFLs once my seeds get started instead of my LEDs?

If you have cfls sure for the first week or so, but if you do the have them I think your led would be just fine. That led is gonna help pack those nodes in tight. These two I’m gonna post are in a 3ft stealth box in hydro with a 150w full spectrum led. I can tag you in on the same grow if you like. Both are autos
I had a call deficiency and a ph problem, but now all is good, well I till the next issue haha

I am still waiting for my California Dream (fem) to come. I can’t wait to get into that, has high cbd and thc which is exactly what I am looking for. Not worried about Robert’s delivery system and I am sure they will be arriving any time.

I heard worm castings is an amazing fertilizer/ soil additive. Is it good to use through out the grow?
I have used it as a soil amendment…adding it to my soil mix before use, transplanting the plant into it.
It can also be used as a top dressing, scratching and watering it in the surface, something I would not do a month or so before harvest, there’s Nitrogen in it, not good in flowering.

Has anyone used a 5 gallon bucket? Where’s the ideal place to drill the holes and how many?

I use 5 gallon cloth pots, no drilling needed!

@ktreez420 has a great pic of where to put holes in buckets. its had to explain but i will try. so each quater of the bucket on the wall of it (so side) drill some that go in a curved ark, so like half a semi circle sorta thing (pretend you have drawn a semi circle from top to bottom on the bucket), so in bottom 2/3 maybe do the holes and on the bottom a few but not so many it will weaken it. hopefully ktreez will see this soon and put the pic up showing it, and space em about 3/4 inch to 1 inch apart. but wait for the pic
