I messed up. HELP!

I started 3 seeds from ILGM in last years old soil/dirt that was a mix of FFOF and that brown brick stuff you hydrate and mix in.

For the first week I had them under a grow light in the shed and they were doing GREAT! I moved them outside a few days later. We’ve had a decent storm last night, but they were covered with a slurpee lid (small hole at top of dome). I didn’t check them until I got home from work late this afternoon and one of the 3 is stretching HARD!!! Little starter leaves and all! Weird! The other one looks like it either got over watered last night, or pelted by the sun today. I may have killed it but it doesn’t look all the way dead … yet. I brought it inside and gave it a little water on the litter far dirt, far away from the seedling. I hadn’t watered it in a day or two because it had rained so I wasn’t worried about checking it until today. Any ideas? TIA

The lids on outside could be cooking them…i remove lids after they sprout… get the air flow going.

Makes sense! Thank you!

agree. But they will hopefully recover. They need some cool air. Give them a couple days and you will know whether to keep going or scrap the grow.
