I can't log in to my journals

I can log in as a customer, and obviously I can use this forum.

But when I click on JOURNALS, the page shows me a heading with a Login button, but nothing happens when I click on it. Yet, this forum page shows my profile pic in the corner, which I thought was associated with my Journals.

I’ve tried Safari and Chrome browsers on my MacBook Air (old OS 10.15.7, not enough storage to update).

It would be kind of nice if it turns out I’m simply doing something stupid.

Maybe @dbrn32 and @BobbyDigital ? I haven’t played with the journals at all.

Are you talking about here?

Technically that’s a different site I believe and will have different credentials (or the same if you used the same credentials)

I believe so. When I click on the button JOURNALS , it shows:

But that address just brings me back to FORUM
And I’m actually using a third computer now, my iPhone SE first gen.
Linking me to the Forum is slightly different behavior than on my laptop. Thanks.

I have hours invested in the Not-Forum Journals, don’t want to start from scratch again, but thanks for the suggestion.

Same thing has happened to me. The login buttons don’t work when trying from my iPhone or tablet. I am still able to access my journal from my desktop, but that may just be because I don’t have to log in from there.

I checked on a different desktop I hadn’t used to access before and was able to log in, so it’s just mobiles that have the problem.

I got in to my journals! First, I restarted my laptop - no improvement.

Then I went ahead and did a lost-password change, and it (journal access) worked!

(Not that the Journals page ever gave me any error message about my password being wrong. And I was able to access Forums before, too, which goes through the same login, I think.)

Hi there,

Good to hear you managed to get into your account eventually. I apologize for the inconvenience.

To be clear, the forum and grow journals login info are currently two different accounts. You might use the same email address and password but the accounts are, in fact, separated! Just wanted to have that info out there, in case anybody else is struggling to log in.

We are looking into the possibility of unifying the login info in the future but that’s a complicated technical task that will require some time to implement.

having the same issue. Ready to start journal but can’t get in. I’m thinking i have to create a n account first. It tells me my email address is used already, not sure why.

I created account with ILGM for customer use.
To use Forum i needed to create account with username.
and need to use Journal and will not allow me to use email used previously to create.
I don’t have another email address.

Yes, you have to create an account. Treat it like another forum…which it is I guess.
