I am on day 61 of flower, and I still have a few weeks left. I am really struggling to get my humidity up in my tent. It’s constantly in the low/mid 30s. I have been using a humidifier the whole time, but I saw that the flowers can soak up the mist from my humidifier, and cause rot. Without the humidifier, humidity drops in the 20s. Is that too low? I’m not sure what to do at this point.
What’s your temps? ![]()

I can get the temperature down to like 73-74 if I keep the door to my room open. Right now i’m at 77/32 with the door closed.
I’d go,with that lower temp and run it ![]()

Ok cool. Thanks. I’ll see what happens
I’ve ran rh in mid 20’s for weeks during flower. Just keep the temps on the lower side and they should be good!
Thanks. This humidity is kicking my ass.
If there’s room, you can hang a wet towel in your tent. That’ll get your humidity up. Put something under it to catch the water, once the towel is dry soak the water back up and rehang
I thought about that. but I don’t have the room. I have been running my humidifier the whole time. I don’t have any issues yet (knock on wood). The mist is pointed away from my plant, but it still makes me nervous.
I’d be happy with humidity in the 30’s late into flower myself. I’m usually the complete opposite with my setup and hoping rot isn’t an issue
I’m just worried about the mist landing on my plant even though it’s pointed at the wall. I used it throughout flower my last grow without issue, and so far no issue during this one, but hearing that the flowers can soak up the mist has me pretty paranoid. I’m thinking about getting some coco bricks, put them in a pot and just water it like I have another plant in there.
Ive never had an issue with the mist from a humidifier. Point it away and have an oscillating fan going and you’ll be just fine.
Damn that makes me feel better. I never had an issue with it either. It’s definitely pointed away from my plant, and I have 2 oscillating fans going.
I wouldn’t worry friend. Its sounds like you are running on the low end of optimal humidity anyways so that mist will evap very quickly.
Yeah, but I think the low humidity killed me. My plant was perfectly healthy, and as soon as I turned my exhaust fan on, I started having issues with the humidity being too low, and I don’t think my plant liked it. The top of my plant looks like crap, yellow leaves, and brown spots everywhere, and the bottom looks like it has more of a natural fade, with hardly any brown spots anywhere. It’s sticky though, and looks kinda dense. I’m not too good at this that’s for sure.
Even indoors growing at different times of the year present different challenges to maintain a good environment. You learn with every grow through success and failure, we all have. I should be in late flower right now in my grow but i made a mistake followed by some bad luck and im 6 weeks behind. That being said things turned around and were looking good so ill appreciate that
Hell yeah, as long as it’s healthy, that’s what matters, but damn is it stressful and depressing if it isn’t. Just want it to finish at this point.
I would be happy with 77f / 32% for flower. Those conditions are probably pretty close to what my last plant was flowered in. I think I was closer to 80-82f with lights on
I stopped bothering to manage humidity in my tent other than keeping it from getting too high. Its usually 30-40%, right now its 32%. Average is 30% over the last month.
