Anybody know what the little guy sitting at the top of my plant is? This will be my first outdoor grow and am seeking general advice on how to best keep insects away, particularly this little guy. Thanks for any tips you can offer.

Purchase “420 Pest Bully” from Amazon. It’s an all natural food grade pest deterrent… I saw Aphids on mine and haven’t seen them since. I treated all the plants 2X now. Good luck!
I picked up the protection kit from ILGM. You know it’s organic when the bug protect smells like garlic.

I think I’ll dry DE first then 420 pest bully. Thanks for the help.
I considered DE first but didn’t like the fact that the powder stays on the plant until it’s washed off.
Hmm. That’s a good point @Ace2012. I don’t think I’ll be happy with the DE just sticking around either.
Maybe I’ll use DE on the ground around the plant and 420 pest bully on the plant itself.
Try EBay. I’m guessing you aren’t in a cannabis friendly state.

I am new to this forum… I have an outdoor growing at week 5 veg. Something has taken off whole stems along main stem. I saw this bug (photo not great) that appears to be dead on top of a leaf. Not sure if it’s a culprit For now the plants are on a porch that’s very high up and away from the ground level garden. I am planning on moving them into the main garden to be among my vegetable plants (camouflage). Any ideas on what might be happening, and what I might be able to do?
