Im growing in a new grow space that is 6x6 with a 600 watt hps light in hydroponic and was curious how many gram can I expect to crop from it? Also ive been growing in hydro without a bubbler and would empty the bucket about 3 times during the full grow for a few years now no issues but would it make a difference if i add one? Just trying to get the most out of the grow any tips would be very helpful lol
Not really possible to estimate. It depends on a plant’s genetics, phenotype, overall environment, and grower experience.
Focus on the basics for the best results and manage proper lighting, airflow, temperature, humidity, proper nutrients, pH, PPM, and so on.
For LEDs the general rule of thumb is around 1 gram per watt. I have no idea what one should expect from an HPS light. I would suspect less. I take it you do not use the entire 6x6 space for flowering.
As for bubbler - not a hydro / bucket grower but i would think the more oxygen that is in the water the better it is for the plants.
