How long after chop, tell I can make Edibles

So I have 2 pants drying now, was wondering do I need to cure what I plan on making edibles with ? Also did a light wet trim can I just break bud down and dry carb or do I need to trim up before ? This is what I have drying now almost 2 1/2 lbs wet., Also looking at getting an infuser just to make life easier. Any suggestions thanks everyone

No. You do not need to cure anything you are going to use for edibles. In fact, you don’t absolutely need to even dry it, you can just decarb, and make edibles.

And as for infusers… I love my Ardent FX for both decarbing and for infusing.

2-1/2 lbs… I’d Fresh/Frozen process in a little washing machine and bubblebag filter. Fastest way I can think of. Then QWET to whatever resources you have a available.

I literally just bought a decarb/infuse machine last week - I’ve been browsing them for MONTHS.

I scored this one for $99. They offered a $30 coupon. $100 is kind of my cut-off for “I don’t HAVE to have it, but I’d really LIKE to have it”.

I haven’t used it yet - I’m harvesting later this week - but I really want to make gummies, and heaven knows what else.

Sorry I still haven’t used it. Combination of being sick, plus I was waiting for Shirley to come down, which she did.

Probably will get to it next week. I’m finally at the stage where I don’t have to take a 2 hour nap after watering the girlies.

We have an Instant Pot we have used for the last couple years. It works great. But this is the first dedicated decarb/infuse machine I have seen reasonably priced with the correct range of controls.
I am curious to see how it works for you.
