I’m trying to figure out how companies can sell nuggs on line and ship from state to state. I just ordered 1/8 of Popsicles and received. Of course it’s legal here, but it ships from California. Not bad. I still grow, just ordered out of curiosity. They advise it as THCA flower. I’m thinking thats how they can do it. Since the flower itself won’t get you high until you ignite it, then technically it still legal. Kind of like the seeds. They legal until you germinate. Am I correct?

Very interesting given that individual state regulations can be very different. It may be the case of reciprocal agreements between states. That is the way the firearm industry works. As a resident of my midwest state, I can have a firearm purchased sent to an FFL in my state from an FFL in Arizona for delivery pending a background check due to a reciprocal agreement between state governments. Obviously the background check requirement isn’t needed for cannabis sales.

They don’t make money from you shipping it, that’s theft, you’re stealing from THEM.
ANNND that’s why we can’t ship weed. Well, “aren’t supposed to” but if we did, we face penalties, fines, imprisonment… etc.
This is how you know people really don’t want to change things for the better, they want to change it so it works for their wallets.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. I weighted it when it came and it was 3.76 grams. Dense buds. Great smell and taste. Still like my grows better. My own seems to get me higher. Its fun to compare.

I have been getting tons of ads for mail order shrooms on line. I just kind of thought no way these are psycillocybin shrooms. I read thru the comments and poked around and yep, seems legit. Somehow under some charity non profit. Prices are competitive with shrooms you can buy in dispos in DC.

The flower is cheaper on line. They are selling 3.5 grams for 20 plus 6 for shipping. Our local shops charge 50 and up for 3.5 grams.

I think the shroom on line companies are using gifting. You send a 400 dollar donation to their charity and they send an ounce of penis envy as a gift back to you. DC dispos are the same, you buy a worthless trinket and they gift you an oz of weed or whatever it is you ordered.
I am in Md near DC , the Md flower prices are crazy. I bought an eighth once and never again. If I do buy from a disp, I make a detour on way home from work into DC, prices and selection are top notch. Yes I am in traffic hell.

I live near Virginia, the dispensaries have 3 levels. a oz of very good weed, 2nd level is $140.00 but you buy a sticker and they share. As with anything some dispensaries are much more expensive and not too good. Most weed has been shaken or whatever they do to remove the kief/Trichomes. Sad but it’s no where near as sparkly as what you can grow.

ome of that stuff they sell in the mail they call it weed…cause it is…but is hemp sprayed with delta 8…which is legal. They can get the terpenes to make great tasting smoke and mimic any strain. The did that in a few places in ohio before rec sales started…big signs saying real weed 100% legal. You will notice it will not have test results that show the total THC broken down by type.

If you look at most of the sites, it does have the total thc breakdown. They don’t list the thc percentage but they do list the thca percentage. But since thca won’t get you high in it’s raw state, thats how I believe they get away with it. Once you heat thca, it turns into thc. This is what I received. Its a real bud and it’s definitely not sprayed with anything.

Exhale wellness. They are a lot more pricey than the others. There is also canni buddy and LIT. LIT is the most inexpensive. I purchased Black Runtz which has a thc percentage of 30. Plus LIT has a larger selection of flower to choose from.
