What Newt said! Ill add that if you dont have a real good loop or a wifi microscope GET ONE! Too spend months growing,feeding and nourishing a plant and not be sure when to chop is crazy (been there, done that) you need to see the bud at this level of magnification or at least very close. I say this from personal experience, the 30 or so bucks i spent was smartest buys i have made (well one of them)
Like @Newt stated you still have some time to go. Do you have pictures of the whole plant? I don’t even break out the microscope until nearly all the white hairs have turned brown and receded back into the calyx’s. To answer your question I like them cloudy with about 20% amber for my all day smoke. For pain and sleep i go for 50% amber. You want to be checking the trichomes on the flower not the sugar leaves and under natural light, if possible.

Ima fan of a healthy amount of amber myself! Bit more then most my friends… but that extra kick does it for me. All cloudy can make me jittery
I have some bud that I had to harvest early due to mold issues. It makes me jittery and anxious if i take more than 1 or 2 hits. I let 25% of one of my plants go 3 weeks longer than the rest of it. It makes me hungry and chilled but I cant get anything done when I smoke it.
I like my trichs like I like my cotton/poly blends: 70/30. 70% cloudy, 30% amber.
seriously more amber on sativas and mostly cloudy on indica. Pretty flowers you got there.

I like to snip all the tips when they are 50/50 clear and milky and run the rest another few weeks the 50/50 gives me a little paranoia but the high it’s fkn great then when I harvest the rest I smoke it at night so I can sleep early and wake up earlier then it’s coffee from 4am to 2pm
25 30 percent amber 70 75 percent cloudy on some 50 50 on others 75 amber 25 cloudy on a little for deep sleep.
I agree with transplanted farmgirl. 70% cloudy and 30% amber.
