You’re in the harvest window, mostly cloudy and I see a few amber. My preference would be let them go until more amber, but depends on the buzz you want. All cloudy gives a more heady buzz, lots of amber equals superglued to the couch and more narcotic, relaxed buzz.
Thank ya for the response. I was thinking on those lines. Im going to let her ride for a nother week and hopefully it will have more amber heads. The buds are getting heavy and the stems are having a hard time keeping the buds up. That and its getting crowded in my 3x3 tent with 4 plants in it. I can hardly wait.
@Growdoc on point. Idpersonally go another 5 days to a week to get some more amber, but I like my bud to render me unconscious with a bowl of ice cream in my lap lol
Either way gromie, you done good! Looking at the BOM entries you posted you can chop now and be happy with it. Wait, and you have something a little different but equally as good. What’s your goal?
I love a good head high, but i started this to help with my back. I was involved in a car accident a few years back, and my back hasnt been the same. So, i like something that takes the edge of the pain and let me sleep. Of course after having a bit of the sillies first. Lol.
Looking good! You’re going to have good bud whether you chop now or in a week.
You could always select harvest. Take some now , that the rest when u have more amber trichomes… see what you prefer…
And it’s Monday. More power to you @Dakisis. You definitely have options.
A couple days and I’m chopping. The trichs will mature a little bit more during the dry process.
Thank you all for the responses. I am doing a flush before i chop it down. Now is flushing really necessary? I have heard 2 different thoughts on it.
Some swear by it. I haven’t noticed much, if any difference. But then again, I typically run my plants out of nutrients the last week (no feed, water only) so that’s technically like a flush but without having to run a bunch of water through all at once.
