The fare officially starts tomorrow, but all the professionals are there setting up already. Bumped in to the Fastbuds team as soon as I went there lol

@Lostgirl

lol

Half of the plants were very small, i had a haphazard winging it-style of pregrow indoors.

But this summer will be better thanks to the sterp learning curve and some new growing gear tents lights etc…

Today haf time walk around, showed the Fastbuds guys my grows, met with the Xtreme gardening crew and they generouysly gifted me a pack of Mykos for my summer grow!

Also got a gift from a company called Bionova, a bottle of their Missing Link that should be enough for my outdoor season. You guys have ever used it?

Also met with a very interesting group that does big scale dry growing operation in California. They only grow a cover crop and thats it. No watering, no topdressing, no spraying no nothing… I’ll remember the name soon

The farm is called Fruityful Flavorz Genetics

Is this familiar to anyone? Their method surely is very interesting…

I found a grow shop from my area, a fairly small one, but they had Azos and Great White for almost half price compared to home so I grabbed those.

I think I have now everything I need for the summer run, except for some dry fert for flowering stage.

I will try this new Living Soil- inoculant from Bionova on one 5G pot, the bag is meant for 20l of soil. Only water after that, we will see how it works.

The grow and bloom bottles I will probably just give to all the plants in one go, just for an extra boost. Wouldn’t hurt would it?

The plan is to make some fish fertilizer and compost/wormcasting top dressing for veg and some flowering top dressing later.

How does this sound, you outdoor growers?

My grow is more like hydro than soil so I don’t do anything other than feed with organic nutes, sorry I can’t be of much help my friend. Hopefully you are having a great day :+1: all good here brother :folded_hands:

I used the Great White and Azos for years. They’ll treat you right. I stopped the Azos after wk4 flowering as I don’t need nitrifying bacteria

I usually stop the Mykos around the same time. I’m using @Roadsideorganics.ok dry amendments and they work great. Still need to supplement depending on needs but I rarely use any liquid crap… errr amendments anymore… it’s nice because I don’t have shelves upon shelves of bottles and I’ve noticed less is best for me.

That is my feeling too, I don’t want to buy any more bottles. I want to steer more to making a living soil for my outdoor spot, and trying to make it as rich in biology as possible. I WILL be growing in some fabric pots too in which I’ll make some kind of soil mix with amendments. We will see what kind of a mess I manage to make.

I really appreciate all your knowledge and pointers are more than welcome along the way.

But before the summer run starts, maybe a really fast Tropicana Cookies army! I can’t just wait for a month without starting something. Maybe this will backfire and I get a heatwave in May, we will see. Oh wait, I can just carry them outside then!!

Here we go

Trimmed the first Purple Punch today. It is so frosty, the resin is literally oozing out of the buds! I created a frost monster!!!

7/7 here we go!!

This time I will grow them in milk cartons first before transplanting them into the 3G pots. Partially to practise for the outdoor operation but mostly to see if there is any difference in growth. Also this gives me a chance to apply the Great White and Azos.
