Family potret. They youngsters are are on the stretch…

The Gorilla Zkittlezes are a bit stretchier and have more narrow leaves:

The Purple Punches are a bit smaller(I managed to snap the main stems from both so they definitely have been stressed more) with wider leaves.

The top one is the “triploid”:

More and more free seats in the tent. All but Lemon cherry cookies have been harvested from the first wave.

LCC buds are FAT. I think she might have foxtailed and those tails are now fattening up. Or maybe not? I still see not much amber on the trichs, so I let het sit the tent still…

@Lostgirl @Bentstick @Budbrother @DanB Question: In the picture the Gorilla Zkittlez are on the right and as you can see they are a bit droopy. They are a bit droop most of the times when I go see them. What could be the reason?

Temps are around 24c and Rh around 50%. I water them every 2 days now with 2,5 liters/plant, last watering was about 10 hours before the picture is taken. I’ll put another foto of one of them here too.

No expert by any means but have read, maybe to much watering/feeding, are you close to or just after lights off/on, mine get the droops just before lights out, your plants look awesome in my eyes.

Are the pots heavy or light when you go to water? Are they consuming it all and need more, or do they need less (water/frequency)?

@Bentstick Thanks my friend! I was also thinking tgat maybe I shouldn’t water them every 2 days but the pot felt on the light side and the plant was a little droopy so I thought they are thirsty. Also at this point of flowering they do drink alot am I right?

Well anyways now I will wait a bit longer until I give them more water.

@Budbrother The pots were on the light side to me, not 100% dry though…

They’re in their drinking phase by the looks of them. They haul a lot of water early flowering, and you’re in 3 gal pots. May need to step up frequency. The 2.5 L is on point but may need more often

@Budbrother Actually these new plants are in 5 gallon pots, the 2,5liters per watering still applies?

That’s gonna need 4 L

@Budbrother ok I will up the amount. I got a little trickle of runoff with 2,5liters but it might have gone between the soil and the pot or something like that. Thanks man!

Oh they eat way more in flower more so early than 3-4 weeks in (think stretch) I run auto pots (auto feeding) with a 12 gal/45.42 liter tank for feeding, which I have filling feed to 8 gallons/30.28 liters from Saturday to Saturday its almost empty for 2 plants, they are about 2 weeks in flower, the other 2 plants same feed amounts, but they are 3-4 weeks in flower and use about 1-2 gallons/3.78-7.57 liters less.

Take it slow when watering. Divide amount in 1/3’s and wait 20-30 mins between watering for it to absorb and sink to fill in any air pockets.

Thanks alot, I will do that from now on!

Everyone has given the advice or concerns on not letting the medium dry out enough. I’m very guilty of that myself. Now in soil I wait until the top looks dry then give a little lift to see how heavy, if they feel rly light I give 1.5 gallons of water/feed as needed aka pot feeling lighter then normal.

I 100% agree with @DanB you’re not letting the plant dry enough. I never use a schedule to water my plants. You’re in 5 gallon pots. It takes 1-1/2 gallons of water to run off sufficient runoff every time you feed.

A plant needs a day of dryness to get oxygen uptake. I have a rule of thumb. On a plant that size when I pick up the pot it feels like a loaf of bread then she gets fed. If it feels like a half a gallon of milk I check it again the next day.

Insufficient dry time will absolutely cause droopiness

Trimmed the Apricot and Tropicana Cookies today and put the nugs in my newly acquired Grove Bags. Heard so much good things about them I just had to get them.

The Apricot was the smallest of these little girls and had that Mg deficiency visible during flowering, but still yielded 55g of prime, prime bud. Tropicana Cookies was a bit bigger and yielded 75g. Zero larf. Can’t wait to have a taste…

These pics are of the tropicana cookies
