Those vstars are great little bikes :muscle:t2:
Waaay to small cockpit for me and I test ride from the back seat :joy::rofl:

Oh it’s a tiny cockpit…I have a real hard time road testing it after working on it. Especially going from my Street Glide and Heritage.

check the SDS and cross reference with plastic chemical resistance chart. You might be surprised. PVC, ploly carb, and cpvc are not recommended for use with acetone according to Miller Plastics just to name a few. Toluene is also used the would over specifily for its ability to dissolve plasticizes. I used CRC brakleen for my search. The sds states Acute toxicity from inhalation at 82mg/l and that’s just the brakleen. it doesn’t account for any PVC byproducts that could be suspended in the vapor and deposited on surfaces like your buds. Would that be enough to cause acute toxicity? That I cant say for sure, but why would you take that risk when there is vineger in the kitchen or in my case grow room already. I also put a few drops of food grade H2O2 in my humidifier water just as an extra layer of protection from microbes in the water.

Hardleys do have some it factor especially the older ones. They have that sound and feel that just feels raw and powerfull rolling down the road even cruising. There is a fun factor to riding a bike that you know may rattle apart on ya, Like toys with no brakes. of course that assumes will start to begin with. That’s why we have two sporty’s, but a fleet of old Honda CBRs and different CMs. They just work and their cheap enough I can keep one for everyone to come on the cruise. Have a great day and stay safe.

Sadly I lost my Duc when my buddy that was storing it moved. 1969 MK III Desmo. She was beautiful even if I couldn’t read anything printed on it or the guages. Now that was a sexy murdercycle you could have a proper affair with.

Thanks man!

Me too, I usually buy it by the case. Makes a decent starter fluid in a pinch too.
