I hate the germination stage. I get so anxious. I feel much better at about the end of week one of growth even though I still freak out over everything. That’s just the noob in me though.
I tried different ways. I have settled on sprouting in water with a little peroxide. I use a small jar with room temp water, put it in a paper bag and set it on the cable receiver - perfect temp. After 24 hours move to damp paper towel. Let the tails grow. Then into a small pot filled with compacted coco and perlite.
This is ready for first transplant. Leaves have reached the edge of the pot and roots are well formed
This day 16 after planting.

Welcome to the neighborhood. I found out the hard way about the temperature being too low and too much water for seedlings. Good luck and happy growing

I love that people are using their cable boxes in ways I never thought about while I’m installing them lol.
@DEEPDIVERDAVE (Help with starting seedlings - #15 by DEEPDIVERDAVE)The dense foam works great. Another good alternative is planter dollies, about 12" with small wheels.
They keep your plants off the cold floor and allow you easier access to the back side. of the girls, just spin it around for easier trim & maintenance.
Perfect size for a 5 gal. I use two of them for my 15 gal tubs
I put my seeds in a wet paper towel inside a sealed sandwich baggie.I put that on my nursery mat.They usually pop overnight but I usually leave them in there an extra day or so until they have a quarter inch tail.I put the seedling in a small dixie cup root down of course and I sprinkle soil over the top.I use a sprayer to keep them moist spraying every few hours.I have used rockwool and many other methods but so far none have had 100 per cent success rate that I have had with the baggie

This is what can happen when the root gets confused. By the time this autoflower got going in the right direction it was already flowering.

LOL Yeah I have had 4 replaced because of spillage. But you have fun.

where do i send my non sprouting seeds to out of two pks of twenty fourteen from one pk ten from the other im not so convinced your seed co has the best auto seed hate to loose money this way but u give me no choice unless i can get better group of seed

I had to read your post a few times. Without any punctuation, it sure makes it hard to read. But that’s your choice.
Most folks on this forum have been very successful with ILGM seeds and germination. But, in the event of a problem, they are great to make things right. Mid suggest approaching them very nice and see what they will do for you
