Hello I’m new my first grow what is causing this they are under led lighting only 2 of the 4 are doing this my medium is happy frog soil
It looks like pH or nutrient problems. Are you managing runoff pH and PPM? What nutrient product(s) are you feeding?
you got bugs. First pic, right side, first large sugar leaf on under side. I see 6-8 legged critter. Prolly a spider.
Not that that is the only issue or the issue with the rough looking leaves. One more thing to deal with.
Whoa, good eye! It took me a while to see it even with your directions.
If I was more tech savvy, I would have snatched it, circled it, and reposted it. Not sure how to do that.
Aw snap
This looks like a calcium deficiency to me
Besides the possible bug thing.
Get out the loop and check underside of leaves
That kinda looks more like a fungus gnat that got glued to leaf
That definitely looks like a large spider there, and he may be there because there are smaller bugs in there to trap. Regardless you don’t want spider webs in your grow.
I have gotten to where I don’t like to give advice on deficiencies, since I quickly find myself in over my head. But I will say at halfway through flowering I would go easy with any nutrient increase, or you could end up with a harsh tasting harvest. I would research on making a tea with banana peels, or using dry top dressing for a calcium booster.
Look under the top fan or sugar leaf on the top right side, and expand it there is a spider hanging from the bottom of that leaf.
Yes that is it! Still looks like a spider to me with a big bubble butt.
Thanks how do I get rid of bugs
And fix calcium do I cut the leaves off
Now that’s some special super-natural extermination pest control tactical skills
Look all around for other bugs if you see more than identify them and once ya know what you’re dealing with you can act. Do you have a magnifying device for looking at Trichomes? If you do use it to look for bugs.
Leave the leaves at this point
What nutrients are you using to feed the plant?
When you use Fox farm nutes you have to flush every so often or salts build up in the soil causing lock out issues. If there’s spiders camping out on your plants there’s usually a reason. Theres so much stuff going on on that plant. I would pull some leaves and look at them with a microscope. If I saw bugs I would spray with Captain jacks dead bug.
