Hello. Need help please

Hey guys and girls , im in a bit of trouble i stuffed up and switched from grow nutrients to bloom nutrients to early and i think now ive got a nitrogen deficiency ive got lots of leaves going yellow and most of the upper leave have got that canoe/ taco shell look and a couple have the tips with that burnt look
Ive got the plant outdoors in a pot but im using coco coir and watering with grow and bloom nutrients. I have already flushed the coco with a shit ton of fresh water im just wondering should i just switch back to the grow nutrients for a few daya then back to the bloom to try fix the nitrogen deficiency or should i be just buying nitrogen and given it extra nitrogen and just stay on the bloom nutrients.. i thought something was up when i first seen the leaves had the taco look to them but a mate that grows convinced me it was fine. I should have went with my gut..

Any help would be greater appreciated. Its my first grow so im petry much just winging it so to speak.

G’mornin!!! Gonna need a good bit of info…

To start, mild tacoing or canoeing outside can be expected. The sun is the absolute best light source and if it gets really warm it’s almost unavoidable. If it’s pretty extreme, then you may have some root zone issues.

Do you have any pics of the whole plant and some closer individual shots of concerning areas??? Can help a little more.

Give us a little info, if you don’t mind…

Nute brand?

Ppm in/out?

PH in/out?

Water source (tap, RO, distilled)?

Avg day/night temp and rh?

Feeding frequency?
Are you feeding to complete runoff every day?
Coco has to stay pretty moist and fed virtually every day as it is treated as a soilless/hydroponic medium. This can be difficult outside in higher temps.

Others will chime in soon with more questions or advice.
