Any clue what nutrient deficiency this is?

Any clue which nutrient deficiency this is? looks like a possible cross between a couple things. I’ve been looking at it for too long. Wanted to get some opinions. Thanks.

Looks like an excess rather than a deficiency. Do you know your runoff pH and PPM? Soil or coco? What soil, if using soil? I suspect excess nitrogen and a low pH.

Thank you. Im Using a 70%/30% coir mix. Incoming PH is 6.0 and EC is typically around 2.8-3.0.
I’ll go take a reading of pH and EC of the runoff when I head back over there today.
I think your right, I was thinking deficiency, so now I’m thinking I most likely need to leech the system with RO and then reduce the nitrogen mix and give that a try

Hey @bassawkards1 it will help if you fill out this for us to get a better understanding of what’s going on.
If you’re using coco and perlite then you would need additional nutrients for a hydroponic grow.
There is calcium, magnesium and silica that are only present in an organic soli grow.

Answer these simple questions the best you can. If you are not sure, just bring it to our attention. We will figure it out.

  1. Indoor or outdoor? - size of grow?
  2. Otigin of seeds?
  3. Regular, feminized, or autoflower?
  4. Origin of water. PH, EC/TDS of source water?
  5. PH and TDS/EC of if mixed solution?
  6. Grow method? Soil, Soil-less, Coco, Hydro, Aquaponics. Please explain.
  7. Nutrients or fertilizer system used.
  8. What typr of lighting are you using? LED, HID (MH, CMH, HPS), or Fluorescents? Please elaborate.
  9. What are the temps in your growspce? Day / Night?
  10. What is the RH = relative humidity in your growspace? Day / Night?
  11. AC, Humidifier, De-humidifier?
  12. Do you have a Ventilation system? Size? 4", 6"?
  13. Co2 Yes / No?
  14. How long have you been growing?
  15. What budget have you set in order to grow successfully?
  16. If you grow hydro, then please explain your hydro method. DWC, R-DWC, Ebb and Flow, Or; Other? Other?

16b. Size and temperature of solution in reservoir?

I agree with @MidwestGuy looks like nitrogen toxicity

Late bloom tells me it could be magnesium or potassium. You shouldn’t need much nitrogen at this point but need to know what you’re feeding.

He is growing in coco, which dumps potassium during cation exchange. So the chance of a potassium deficiency is minuscule, if anything there could be a potassium toxicity.
The in-going EC of 2.8-3.0 is really high in my opinion.

Frankly to me it looks like late flower fade. Yes; there appears to be an N excess but at this point there’s not much you can do.

Your EC in flower is a touch high IMO and would suggest you target something like EC 2.0 to 2.1 in future grows.

Leaves will not improve at this point and it may be that you can go to water only from this point on.

It’s a leaf from a plant that’s about done…almost cutting time @bassawkards1

I’m having issues with my grow. Made sure ph was good (both soil and water). First thought it was either magnesium or sulfur but would have thought to see the effects by now after I gave them epsom salt about a week and a half ago. Was feeding them with nitrogen as well until I saw yellowing in the top leaves. It’s since started spreading down to older growth. Anyone know how to help?
