Hello everybody. Does anyone here make thier own dabs? If so, what machine do you use? I was thinking about get one. Can anyone recommend a machine that wont break the bank, but still works ? How many tons of pressure should i be looking for? Thanks for any input

I use a “dab press”. It came with a 4 ton jack. I replaced it with a 20ton jack just to make it easier on me.

First use produced 8g of wax from 13g of kief.

I use this, was light on the pockets. I’m only pressing for me though.

I use whip-it brand butane, its extract specific being 70/30 butane and iso propane, dry ice to freeze biomass and a cheap China glass extraction tube. I have about $35-$45 in the setup.
A good quality hair straightener will do temporarily.

I started another grow with living soil. 4 in seedling tent…Malawi, Maui wowie, gg75 and Durban poison cuz i killed last one. Have another 4 in veg tent and 1 lonely 1 in flower tent. What do you have going? Been using the press?

Getting ready to chop my girls tomorrow. Then one more grow and I’m taking the summer off.
I’ve actually used my press quite a bit, it would probably get more use if I had a freeze dryer and could make proper hash rosin. Boo hoo I’m not spending 3.5k on that 
I remember your son grabbed you a press? How’s that working out? He got you a manual one so your probably strong as an ox by now

You are growing some great trees. They look great. I didn’t get a press. I got a couple other toys though. My fav is a large slop sink in the grow room. (Spare bedroom). Sure saves lots of time
Doesn’t everyone have a sink in a bedroom. Lol.
